Kristin counsels employers on a broad range of employment matters, including employment contracts, wage and hour matters, employee and contractor classification, employment policies, terminations, and employee disputes. She has represented employers in disputes before federal and state courts and administrative agencies, such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Kristin received her law degree from the University of Virginia, and she received her B.A. from Rice University, where she graduated magna cum laude. Following graduation from law School, Kristin served as a law clerk for the Honorable Ewing Werlein, Jr. of the Southern District of Texas. She then practiced litigation at Baker Botts LLP in Houston, and employment law at Boulette Golden & Marin in Austin, Texas.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Kristin worked for JP Morgan Chase & Co. as a financial analyst in the syndicated finance section.
