Allison Lancaster focuses her practice on representing entrepreneurs, emerging growth companies, venture capital and private equity funds and strategic acquirers in mergers and acquisitions. Allison also counsels clients on debt and equity financings, corporate formations, commercial contracts, securities law matters and general corporate governance.

Before joining Kastner Gravelle LLP, Allison served as Senior Director, Corporate Counsel of Self Financial, Inc. (Self), a leading developer of consumer credit building and savings products. Prior to Self, Allison was a capital markets and M&A associate in the Austin, Texas offices of Baker Botts LLP and Kirkland& Ellis LLP.

Allison received her law degree with honors from The University of Texas School of Law. She received a B.A. in Spanish from The University of Texas at Austin.
