Becca Chang focuses her practice on representing entrepreneurs, emerging growth companies and investors. She counsels companies on a range of corporate matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Kastner Gravelle LLP, Becca practiced as a corporate and securities attorney in the Austin office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where she focused on public offerings and SEC compliance and reporting obligations.
Becca received her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and studied international law at Bond University in Gold Coast, Australia. She received a B.S. in Economics and a B.A. in International and Global Studies from the University of Central Florida. Becca also teaches spin classes at Cyclebar and enjoys running Town Lake.
