Andrew Walker focuses his practice on representing entrepreneurs, emerging growth companies, venture capital & private equity funds, and strategic acquirers in connection with complex business transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, private equity & growth investments, and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Kastner Gravelle LLP, Andrew spent over a decade in biglaw and most recently was a corporate partner at Kirkland & Ellis and DLA Piper. Andrew received both his law and finance degrees from Brigham Young University.
