Caleb Hough focuses his practice on representing entrepreneurs, emerging growth companies, and investors in corporate and securities law matters, including debt and equity financings, corporate formations, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.

Caleb received his J.D. with honors from The University of Texas School of Law, where he was a Texas Law and Business Fellow, a KBH Energy Graduate Fellow, and a recipient of multiple Dean's Achievement Awards. He also graduated summa cum laude from Texas Christian University, receiving a B.B.A. in finance and a B.S. in political science.
