Oscar Corpus focuses his practice on representing entrepreneurs, companies, and investors in corporate and securities law matters, including debt and equity financings, corporate formations, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.

Prior to joining Kastner Gravelle LLP, Oscar practiced as an Emerging Companies & Venture Capital attorney in the Austin office of Ashurst Perkins Coie LLP. Oscar graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where he was an editor for the Berkeley Latine Journal of Law & Policy and the Berkeley Journal of Entertainment and Sports Law, and served as Co-Chair of La Alianza Law Students of Latin American Descent. He received a B.A. in English from the University of Texas at Austin.

Oscar serves as Membership Director of the Hispanic Bar Association of Austin and as the HBAA Liaison on the Board of Directors of the Austin Young Lawyers Association.
