Valerie Medina's practice focuses on the representation of entrepreneurs, emerging growth companies, and investors. She counsels companies on a range of corporate and securities matters, including corporate formations, debt and equity financings, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Kastner Gravelle LLP, Valerie practiced as a corporate and securities attorney in the Austin office of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. Valerie earned her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
